MATCH REPORT - 01/11/07- YOUTH CENTRAL DIVISION
RINGMER U18 0 - 2 HAYWARDS HEATH U18
This was the second time this season that these two teams met at The Caburn and the Ringmer U18s were keen to expunge the memory of that previous encounter with a better performance tonight and from the first whistle it was obvious they were determined to do just this Sometimes a couple of cans of Red Bull and a high tempo warm up routine is just not enough to wake up some players. This morning it took a Newhaven goal in the first minute to light the fire in some of the Ringmer lads. It has to be said though that for some of them they were starting their third game in four days and they may be forgiven for looking a bit tired today. Read Rob's Report The Blues made hard work for themselves after coasting for most of the first half and scoring in the first six inkstand another on 37. A stupid lack of concentration on Ringmer's defence let Midhurst claw one back minutes before half time then again minutes after the break another error at the back lead the Blues to score an home goal. Ringmer then had a fight as Midhurst saw the possibilities of a result and with this in mind tested the Blues time and time again. Luke Gedling though finally found the visitors net to gain the advantage and then Joe Dryer made it four for the Blues to finish. TheRuffles Report Mark Price scoring the 2nd goal
The Ringmer 2nd XI found the Clymping first team in a rich vein of form having just set their club record for their highest scoring win the previous weekend. There was therefore little doubt that they could find the net when they got the chance so it was just question of whether Ringmer could limit the number of chances Clymping got. Read Rob's Report

MATCH REPORT - 03/11/07- RUR CHARITY CUP R3
RINGMER 1ST X1 4 - 2 Midhurst & Easebourne Ringmer came away from Glovers Lane with only one solitary point despite scoring twice in the forst twenty minutes with goals from Miles Scerri & Mark Whiteman. Sidley came back with three goals to take the score to 3-2 and as the last minute approched it looked as though sidley had it won. Then in the last minute Mark Price scored Ringmer's saviour to level the match at 3-3. The Ruffles Report
MATCH REPORT - 06/11/07- DIVISION ONE
SIDLEY UTD 3 - 3 RINGMER Ringmer's second game in three day's did not go to plan as the only goal came from the visitors Shoreham. With very few chances coming from either side and much of the play in midfield it alway's looked like a one goal match. The Ruffles Report
MATCH REPORT - 09/11/07- DIVISION ONE
RINGMER 0 - 1 SHOREHAM
Today’s cup tie against Hanover FC was played out on the council pitches at Stanmer Park. The playing surface of uncommonly long grass for a football pitch, coupled with Hanover’s physical approach to the game meant Ringmer needed physical strength and stamina more than the pretty fast moving football they are used to playing. Being theBrighton & Hove Premier Division champions in 2004, 2005 and 2007Hanover were never going to be a push over. Rob's Match Report

MATCH REPORT - 17/11/07- FRED PRETTY CUP
NUTLEY VETS 1 - 2 RINGMER VETS 2
Ringmer dominated play from start to finish and had so many chances that spectators lost count. However, very much against the run of play Nutley took the lead just before halftime. Ringmer eventually got the result their performance richly deserved but they left it rather late with the goals from new signing Simon Cooley and Murray Barnett not coming until the last two minutes of the match. SALTDEAN RES 0 - 3 RINGMER RES
MATCH REPORT - 17/11/07- U18's CENTRAL DIVISION
HURSTPIERPOINT 2 - 7 RINGMER
This was the proverbial game of two halves. The first half was a poor scrappy affair on a bumpy surface with long grass that wasn’t conducive to good football being played. The only highlights of the first half were the two goals for Ringmer: coming from Andy Smith and Amro Shaker. Rob's Full Match Report
Ringmer completely dominated the first half with 80% of the possession. Kieran Patel’s first effort on goal hit the cross bar in the 2nd minute following a series of three corners. Saltdean’s only notable attempt on goal came after 20 minutes of Ringmer domination and against the run of play. Rob's Match Report

MATCH REPORT - 25/11/07- YOUTH CENTRAL DIVISION
RINGMER 4 - 2 PEACEHAVEN
The last time these two teams met in the league it was a high scoring affair at Peacehaven with Ringmer coming home with all three points. So there was little doubt that there would be goals in this game. With a few players unavailable for selection through injury, it was a depleted Ringmer squad that turned out to face Peacehaven

MATCH REPORT - 24/11/07- RESERVE EAST DIVISION
RINGMER RES 3 - 1 LINGFIELD RES
It was not easy to predict the outcome of this game as Lingfield came to The Caburn sitting two points above Ringmer in the league and as the two teams lined up against each other it looked like boys against men, as once again Bob showed his confidence in his Youth players and fielded another young Reserves side. This game was marred by comedy of errors by the match officials and the failure of the referee to enforce the FA’s strict instructions, issued only the day before, that foul and abusive language would not tolerated and that the referees were to be seen to take action against both players and managements The Ruffles Report
