PRESENTATIONS 2009/10 SEASON

The 2009-10 Season came to a close on Friday evening with the clubs end of season presentations, it was combined with a Race and Curry night in which both went down very well with players members and guests. 1 st team joint manager Bob Munnery started thing's off with a short resume of the past season, thanking everyone for their efforts both on and off of the pitch in another very difficult season for the club and it's membership.
The awards were presented by our chief sponsor Michelle Marshall of Harvey's Self Drive - VHT Ltd

That's it folks for 2009/10 Season

Thank you all for your support throughout the 2009/10 season both here on the website and more importantly at the club, both socially and by getting behind the managers and player's out on the pitch.

A big thank you as well goes out to Steve Frost and Brian Henderson, both have helped me  enormously with the supply of Match reports when they could. Steve with the reserve and Brian the U18's, thanks gent's.

The 2010/11 season will be a fresh start for our club and promises to be an interesting one. A new club management team (to be installed) with a new outlook on how the club will be run with the members having a voice, a new supporters club and of course a possitive outlook for the football. It's going to be a lot of hard work but the club is ours again after having our hands tied for 18 months in administration. This brings me to my last thank you and that's to all those who have worked so hard and are still working hard on our behalf  to rid us of this demon called administration, something so mind blowingly complicated, it was way above my brain cell. So without these guys I wouldn't be writing this because we would not have had a club.

As this season has now ended it is time to archive the website and start a new. I will be using the same format for next season which will be taking over shortly.
